日期與初始設定
Date & Initial Setup
第一次載入家庭後，RealDate 會建立這個存檔自己的日期設定。 可以指定起始年份、南 / 北半球、月份、日期與日期顯示格式； 之後仍可從 RealDate 選單重新調整。
On the first household load, RealDate creates a date setup for that save. You can choose the starting year, hemisphere, month, day, and date format, and change these settings later.
使用 4 位數年份建立存檔的 RealDate 年份。
Use a four-digit year as the save's RealDate starting year.
若有《春夏秋冬》，會依開局季節與半球提供對應的三個起始月份。
With Seasons installed, the starting season and hemisphere determine the three available starting months.
可選擇偏好的日期顯示格式，相關介面會沿用同一設定。
Choose a preferred date format used across supported RealDate displays.
日期、生日與設定跟著 EA 實際存檔成功時保存；未存檔退出則回到上次成功存檔狀態。
Dates, birthdays, and settings persist when EA successfully saves; exiting without saving returns to the previous saved state.

Calendar & Seasons
RealDate 將日期整合進 EA 月曆，但不重新建立 EA 原本的活動。 月曆中的事件、節日、天氣與月相仍由遊戲本身排程。
RealDate integrates dates into EA's Calendar without recreating EA events. Events, holidays, weather, and moon phases remain scheduled by the game.
月曆提供 365 天 RealDate 日期、日號與完整日期提示。
The Calendar provides 365 days of RealDate dates, day numbers, and full-date tooltips.
主控家庭已設定的生日會出現在對應日期。
Configured birthdays for active-household Sims appear on matching dates.
可以依月曆介面偏好選擇 RealDate 日號顏色。
Choose from 11 preset colors for RealDate day-number badges.
約 90 天（RealDate）依該季實際三個月份計算長度，形成 12 個月的一年。
About 90 Days (RealDate) calculates season length from its actual three months, producing a twelve-month year.
7 / 14 / 28 天季節會停用目前存檔的 RealDate；約 90 天重新啟用，停用期間不補算。
7/14/28-day seasons disable RealDate for that save; About 90 Days re-enables it without retroactive catch-up.
每次啟動遊戲後，各存檔第一次載入家庭時可顯示「今天是 {日期}」。
After each game launch, the first household load for a save can show “Today is {date}”.
年齡與生命階段
Aging & Life Stages
RealDate 依目前日期與出生日期計算實際年齡。 市民每年仍會增加一歲，但只有真正跨越下一個 RealDate 階段門檻時， 才會啟動 EA 原本的增齡流程。
RealDate calculates real age from the current date and birth date. Sims still grow one year older each year, but EA's native age-up flow only runs when a RealDate life-stage threshold is crossed.
未滿一歲時依 RealDate 日期顯示月齡，滿一歲後恢復以歲數顯示。
Sims under one year display age in months, returning to years after their first birthday.
模擬市民學年齡進度依實際 RealDate 時間比例前進。
Simology aging progress follows actual RealDate time.
顯示距離增齡還有 X 年 X 個月 X 天；老年人則顯示已生活時間。
Shows years, months, and days until age-up; Elders instead show total time lived.
隨實際年齡自動更新；超過 120 歲仍繼續計算，但年齡特徵顯示 120+。
Traits update automatically with real age; ages beyond 120 continue calculating while using the 120+ trait.

World nameplates can show RealDate real age alongside EA's life stage.
生日、記憶與社交
Birthdays, Memories & Socials
生日可以手動輸入，也可以依 EA 年齡階段在合理範圍內隨機生成； 新生兒則會直接使用出生當天的 RealDate 日期。
Birthdays can be entered manually or randomly generated within a reasonable range for the Sim's EA life stage. Newborns use their actual RealDate birth date.
A 記得 B 的生日，不代表 B 也記得 A 的生日。
A knowing B's birthday does not mean B knows A's birthday.
父母自然記得子女生日；部分年長手足也可從弟弟 / 妹妹出生時記住。
Parents naturally remember their children's birthdays; some older siblings remember younger siblings from birth.
生日互動加入「友善 → 關於生日」；是否願意透露也會受到關係影響。
Birthday interactions appear under Friendly → About Birthdays, and willingness to share can depend on relationship.
生日前一天、生日當天與隔天可以送上不同祝福。
Different wishes are available the day before, on, and after the birthday.
記得生日卻忘了祝福可能產生不同情緒，隔天補祝福有機會化解。
A remembered-but-uncelebrated birthday can create reactions, while a belated wish may repair them.
長期未慶祝可能逐漸忘記；成功祝福會加深記憶。父母不會因一般時間流逝忘記子女生日。
Memories may fade without celebration and can be reinforced by successful wishes; parents do not normally forget their children's birthdays.

Reproductive Timeline
符合條件的市民可以直接查看 RealDate 日期化的週期資訊， 包括目前週期、預計經期、排卵日、易孕期與懷孕時的預計生產日期。
Eligible Sims can view date-based reproductive information including current cycle, expected period, ovulation date, fertile window, and estimated due date.
可以針對目前存檔整體啟用或停用生理時間軸。
Enable or disable the reproductive timeline for the current save.
預設 28 天週期 / 5 天經期；也可調整整個存檔或個別市民設定。
Defaults to a 28-day cycle / 5-day period, with save-level and individual adjustments.
月經時間軸資格參考 CAS 懷孕能力，不只按照男性 / 女性分類。
Menstrual-timeline eligibility references CAS pregnancy capability rather than only Male/Female categories.
依 RealDate 實際日期在合理年齡範圍內發生，範圍可由玩家調整。
Occurs by actual RealDate date within an adjustable age range.
每位符合條件的市民會在 45～55 歲之間取得並保存自己的停經時間。
Each eligible Sim receives and keeps individual menopause timing between ages 45–55.
停經到達時，會先讓目前週期、懷孕或產後恢復正常結束。
Menopause waits for the current cycle, pregnancy, or postpartum state to finish naturally.
懷孕與產後
Pregnancy & Postpartum
懷孕期間，RealDate 暫停一般週期預測，改用實際日期顯示孕期、 推算受孕日期、預產期與距離預產期時間。
During pregnancy, RealDate pauses normal cycle predictions and uses actual dates for pregnancy stage, estimated conception date, due date, and time remaining.
懷孕跟著 RealDate 日期推進，並與生理時間軸使用同一套時間系統。
Pregnancy progresses with RealDate dates and shares the reproductive timeline.
到達預產期後，真正的懷孕與生產玩法仍由 EA 或其他模組控制。
Reaching the due date does not force birth; EA or other mods still control pregnancy and delivery gameplay.
一般情況下，生產後預設 42 天再恢復週期預測。
Cycle predictions normally resume after 42 days of postpartum recovery.
改善修改日期、重新讀檔或旅行後，生理狀態與舊生產資料不同步的問題。
Improves resynchronization after date changes, save reloads, and travel.
年號、歷史與星期
Eras, History & Weekdays
可以為 RealDate 日期區間設定名稱，之後再更換新的年號。
Assign names to RealDate date ranges and switch to new Eras later.
可選擇顯示年號紀年；開始使用的當年為元年，跨年後增加 1 年。
Optionally display Era-year reckoning; the start year is Year 1 and increments on January 1.
結束後保留名稱與實際起訖日期，也可管理已使用過的歷史區間。
Completed Eras preserve names and actual date ranges and can be managed later.
把日期往回調整時，會依保存區間顯示當時正確的年號，不重新觸發更替。
Moving the date backward restores the appropriate saved Era without replaying the transition.
可以指定目前 RealDate 日期對應星期日～星期六中的哪一天，重新建立後續星期基準。
Assign the weekday for the current RealDate date and recalculate subsequent weekdays from that reference.
可選擇在遊戲時間自然跨過午夜、RealDate 進入新一天時顯示通知。
Optionally notify when in-game time crosses midnight and RealDate enters a new day.
Zodiac Signs Mod V3 聯動
Zodiac Signs Mod V3 Integration
RealDate 不取代原模組的星座玩法，而是依市民實際出生月日判斷應有星座， 並分配原作者的星座特徵；修改生日後也會重新判定。
RealDate does not replace the original zodiac gameplay. It determines zodiac traits from the Sim's actual birth month and day and recalculates them after birthday changes.

UI, Settings & Diagnostics
基礎設定、相容、生理時間軸與診斷工具分開整理。
Basic settings, compatibility, reproductive timeline, and diagnostics are organized separately.
可從關係面板開啟不在目前地段市民的 RealDate 選單。
Open RealDate for off-lot Sims from the Relationship Panel.
可以查看睡眠中的市民資訊，不必把市民叫醒。
Inspect sleeping Sims without waking them.
掃描 Mods 中是否有其他 package 同時修改 RealDate 使用的重要介面資源。
Scan Mods for packages that modify important UI resources also used by RealDate.
可在遊戲內切換；即使關閉詳細模式，重要警告與錯誤仍保留。
Toggle detailed logging in-game while important warnings and errors remain recorded.
記錄模組啟動、核心載入、必要掛載、家庭載入與載入畫面等階段。
Records startup, core loading, required hooks, household loading, and loading-screen stages.
